A minimum of 20 GB of available space on the hard disk

What happens to my account after the trial expires?

If you do not renew one of the available service license packages, you will be denied access to the software. However, your data will remain in your account and you will be able to access it again after making the payment.

How many devices can I use Filmsmart on?

Use of the Filmsmart Assist license is tied to your Blackmagic Decklink card. The username and password for cloud services is not limited by the number of devices, as the service is charged based on the amount of transferred and stored data.

In what languages is the software available?

Currently, the software is localized into the English language. If necessary, we can provide localization into other languages.

When can I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. After logging in to the system, go to your profile and in the Profile section click on End subscription. Subsequently, no payment will be made for the next month of using the software.

On which devices can Filmsmart Assist be used?

Filmsmart Assist software is a cross-platform desktop application that can be used on any version of the Windows, Ubuntu/Kubuntu or MacOS operating system.The Filmsmart Monitor application is available for mobile devices, which makes available a preview from the cameras and an archive of already recorded clips.

Does the software have any performance or computer operating system requirements?

The software can be used on a regular computer with Windows, Ubuntu/Kubuntu or MacOS operating system

For a monthly subscription, do I have to make each payment manually?

The monthly subscription works automatically. After one monthly payment, your payment data will be saved in the system and payments will be automatically downloaded to you on the day of the month in which you made the first payment.
